Mac Coordinator

**What will I be Doing?**
- Responsible for facilitating the successful completion of the change of equipment, installation of new equipment or technology in existing IT infrastructure, bandwidth upgrade to a transport circuit, or configuration changes.
- Main communicator between Suez IT, third-party contractors and updating Suez sites on key dates, information, and ongoing progress in projects.
- Maintain IT systems and identify opportunities for improving services.
- Creating and updating MAC’s project tracker which clearly shows progress of projects to be shared with customers and external stakeholders.
- Bridge between Suez IT and clients.
- Budget monitoring - responsible for raising quotes for new IT infrastructure and equipment across all MAC projects and monitoring budgets to share with senior management spending.
- Maintain strong client service-oriented environment focused on problem prediction, detection, and resolution.
- Requesting technical documents from unified communications to deliver network services to sites
- Foster and contribute toward collaborative working relationships within operations and across all levels and departments of the organization.
- To assist Unified Communications to identify problems experienced with networks working closely with our network suppliers to resolve issues quickly.
- Improving sites IT infrastructure to allow sites to effectively operate such as CCTV, Wi-Fi, Switch, Body Cams and Printers.
- Implement and make recommendations to improve methodologies, core competencies and processes for MAC services to ensure stable and quality product & service delivery is consistent with company objectives and client expectations.
- Produce reports to share with senior management to show progress and identify inefficiencies to improve customer service.

**What are the requirements?**
- A relevant degree or relevant work experience.
- Experience in network management
- Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
