**Salary**:£25,000 - £37,000 per annum (+ car and mobile phone allowance)

**What we're looking for**

We are looking for a versatile Field Engineer to join our Technical Services Team, covering a rapidly growing client base in and around Scotland

You will be an expert in installing and maintaining Network, WIFI, CCTV & Voice solutions including IT systems such as networks, desktops, server, and cloud solutions. You will possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and be comfortableleading on elements of project implementation from a technical perspective

You will regularly work alongside Netteam tX colleagues from other locations; we encourage an excellent team working ethos where Engineers work collaboratively to offer solutions to our clients to enhance their businesses. You will be regarded as the leadsupport specialist for several of our clients and as such we are keen to identify someone who builds relationships easily and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service all the time

This is the perfect opportunity for someone currently working as an IT Installation & Support Technician or someone looking to progress into a role at this level, in a supportive and friendly environment. Experience of MSP and or Hospitality is advantageousbut not essential

**Key requirements**
- Ability to confidently design, install, commissioning and maintaining a range of IT systems to include CCTV, Wifi and Network platforms
- Good knowledge of IP, networking, and IT infrastructure
- Ability to run, patch and terminate cabling to support installation of new hardware
- Ability to provide training to end users for systems being installed and managed
- Administration and troubleshooting of O/S and Apps consisting of Microsoft Windows Server, Desktop OS, Microsoft Cloud Technologies, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, SharePoint, Remote Desktops, DHCP, DNS etc
- Exposure to support systems covered by client contracts
- Experience in remote diagnostics including analysis and monitoring

**Technical experience**
- Proven knowledge and ability to work on issues relating to Networking, WIFI, CCTV and Desktop systems etc
- Basic understanding of Windows Server infrastructure
- Full System knowledge of Meraki, HP/Aruba, Ruckus, Watchguard hardware to cover installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Network architecture and system management, including configuring devices consisting of routers, firewalls, and switches (L1, L2 & L3)
- Security process & procedures, which promote best practice security while maintaining a functional user base
- Proven knowledge of a Varity of IT & security infrastructure platforms
