CQC is headquartered in Washington DC, USA, with subsidiaries and operations across the globe. This role is based out of the London, UK office.

**The Role**

CQC is hiring an Executive Assistant to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities in support of the London members of the Executive Committee. The executive assistant is a critical point of contact across the business and interacts with all levels of the organization as well as its clients, investors and other external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

The EA is a critical and trusted resource for the four London based Executive Committee members, who represents them with friendliness and professionalism. He or she is also the trusted and reliable person that makes sure that the ExCom schedule and travel happens seamlessly.
- Provide expert administrative assistance, managing the executives' calendars, prioritizing as needed and ensuring attendance to meetings and events.
- Organize and schedule meetings in multiple time zones.
- Plan and schedule business and personal meetings.
- Arrange and book complex and detailed travel itineraries.
- Create and maintain agendas, presentations and documents for meetings.
- Track, record and submit the executive expenses.
- Keeping track of the progress of actions items from engagements
- Serve as the professional and friendly point of contact, greeting and establishing rapport with employees, clients, visitors, and all other stakeholders.
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Support the company’s Executive Committee members and London office when and as needed.
- Fulfill certain office management tasks for the London office.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Relevant Skills and Experience**
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Service leadership and supportive mentality.
- Trust and reliability.
- At least 10 years of experience in an executive assistant capacity.
- Expertise managing complex calendars and itineraries.
- Outstanding attention to detail. Highly organized and structured.
- Proven ability to get things done in a complex organization.
- Trustworthy and reliable.
- High level of comfort navigating conflicting priorities, change, and balancing multiple activities at once.
- Superb time and prioritization management skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Takes initiative and anticipates needs, exercises independent and sound judgment.
- Strong cultural competency skills and the ability to collaborate with people of varying backgrounds and identities, both with coworkers across departments and externally.
- Experience in an international company with global operations across multiple time zones is a plus.
- True enjoyment from connecting with others and building a strong company culture.

**Location**:
This position is based in London, UK. Regular attendance (at least 3 days a week) in the office is expected.
