**Your future role**
You'll directly communicate with project and materials managers along with our Plymouth and Hatfield sales team. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business you will be responsible for liaising with materials professionals and stores colleagues to ensure timely despatch and invoicing of goods and products to multiple projects across Alstom and much more. You’ll specifically take care of invoicing throughout the financial year but also day to day managing projects needs ensuring timely despatch of goods to multiple projects and sites.
We’ll look to you for:
- Managing spreadsheets.
- Material control.
- Timely response to colleagues.
- Regular KPI management and reporting.

- Experience or understanding of Microsoft office.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems preferable.
- Familiarity with dealing with customers directly and indirectly.

- A strong team player, with effective interpersonal skills.
