**What hours will you be working?**

Flexible working hours - from 1 shift / 6 hours a week upwards including evenings and weekends with flexible shifts.

**What you’ll be doing as a Front of House Team Member**

As a Front of House Team Member, our customers are in your hands. You'll work on the bar and the floor and will be the face of the site and become knowledgeable about all the dishes on our menu and be able to recommend accompanying beverages. Most of all you love to look after people, understand what makes them happy and have the desire to make someone’s day.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring the happiness of our customers, and responsibilities will include;
- Increasing sales through friendly service and conversation, and recommending dishes, and accompanying drinks.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of tables and seating areas meet our high standards for every customer you greet in both the bar and restaurant areas.
- Working as part of a team to deliver excellent standards of customer service, ensuring each and every customer receives the best service possible.
- Attention to detail to ensure you serve the customer with the correct order every time and pay particular attention to allergens.
- Undertaking continual training to develop your skills and knowledge.

**Your Pub**

A lovely traditional, family friendly pub on the outskirts of Lymm, Cheshire. Renowned for its excellent cask beers, fine lagers, great value pub classics offer and a Sunday roast not to be missed. We’ve something for everyone at the Wheatsheaf, whether a quiet drink and meal, meeting friends to watch the live sport or to use as a base for a country walk and then relax in the beer garden to enjoy the views over the Cheshire Plain.
