**JOB TITLE**: Accounts Administrator - Immediate Start

**LOCATION**:Chard, Somerset

**HOURLY RATE**:£13.50 P/H

**HOURS**:Monday - Thursday 8am till 5pm and Friday 8am - 12:30pm (37.5 hours)

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handling and resolving supplier and customer queries
- Liaising with other departments to resolve supplier and customer queries
- Scanning of physical supplier invoice and statement copies and uploading on Shared drive
- Assisting with the preparation of payment runs
- Reconciling supplier statements to the company ledgers
- Providing accounting string for non PO based Invoices
- Place customer accounts on stop and releasing orders where appropriate
- Maintaining customer and supplier proforma invoices records
- Maintaining credit notes processing and records
- Assisting with preparation of surveys
- Assisting with annual statutory audit

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional telephone manner
- Experience working well as part of a team and independently
