**Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator?**

Corvus People are working with our client **a worldwide manufacturing company with a site in Belfast **who employ around 500 people and who have a strong retention rate in staff, with over 70% of the current management team having been recruited internally.

Working alongside the Payroll and HR teams you will report to the Financial Accountant and be responsible for assisting the department with a broad range of administrative accounting activities within tight deadlines.

**Some Duties will include**:
Creating sales invoices, posting customer receipts, recording journals, bank and petty cash transactions, completing bank and other balance sheet reconciliation

**You will need to be**:
Educated to GCSE standard Grade C or above inc Maths and English

Have 3yrs recent experience within an accounts department or similar role

Ability of creating sales invoices, posting customer receipts, recording journals, bank & petty cash transactions and completing bank and other balance sheet reconciliations

You will experience working in a fully computerised environment and proficient in the use of MS excel

Able to meet tight deadlines with good verbal and written communication skills, organisation and time management skills

**Ideally you will have**:(however not essential)

Experience from within a manufacturing environment and using an ERP system

Booking staff travel

Processing employee expenses
