Evening Receptionist (part time) is required for a leading health clinic team, based in their Walton on Thames Clinic. This is a great opportunity to work with a talented team who treat with people who have minor to complex health issues.

This role is a permanent position working every Monday evening 4pm - 8pm and every Wednesday evening 5pm - 9pm. Based on 8 hours a week and pay is £11.00 per hour.

We are looking for a happy and hardworking individual to join the professional team, offering excellent customer service, sharing the same values with a friendly approach to all their clients.

As Receptionist / Administrator, you'll be the first person patients see when entering the clinic duties will involve both face to face and over the phone greeting and appointment booking.

Duties as Receptionist / Administrator include:

- Meet and Greet clients
- Answering Telephone
- Booking appointments made by telephone in person or via the internet.
- Ensuring effective diary management is achieved through appropriate booking.
- Ensure all new patients are given a consent form to fill out personal details.
- Take payment from clients based on the charge
- Follow up call to clients
- Monitor stock levels weekly
- Any other admin duties as required by therapists

Along with the set hours, there may be the option to work extra hours to cover holidays and sickness.
