CCL Label Limited is the world's largest converter of pressure sensitive labels supplying to major global corporations. The company operates across 42 countries, employing 22,000 people worldwide.
We are looking for a Customer Services Representative to join the Team at our facility in Castleford.
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to progress within Customer Service in an office environment.
**The Role**
In addition, you may be required to support the wider Commercial team’s: Planning / Technical / Estimating.
**Key Requirements**
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and have good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate, particularly with Outlook, Word and Excel.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Processing customer orders, and managing to completion
- Monitoring and co-ordinating deliveries to meet specified lead times
- Co-ordinating customer orders with internal Planning, Operational, and Despatch teams
- Respond to pricing, stock, and day to day enquiries
- Stock management
- Analysis of forecasts where applicable
- Monitor account performance and associated improvement projects
- Managing customer projects, alongside the Technical and Sales team
- Keeping customer records up to date
- Other associated administrative tasks
