Digital Marketing Executive
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive for an information technology company to assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of the online marketing efforts to improve the Lead Generation activities.
You will need to be passionate about all areas of marketing and have knowledge of the concepts surrounding digital marketing. We are looking for someone with a tech-savvy mind, who is creative with great ideas, as well as having a deep understanding of howthe internet can increase revenue through lead generation activities.

- £12.98 - 14.40 per hour

- Central Milton Keynes
- Monday & Friday, working from Home.
- Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday working from office

Digital Marketing Executive responsibilities are:
Marketing
- Planning the execution of social media campaigns across different social
platforms including Twitter & LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media activity for Agile Solutions, together with partner and
competitor activity and recommend activity to outperform competitors.
- Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
- Launch and manage online advertising campaigns through LinkedIn and other
social media platforms. An understanding of how to optimise campaign targeting
and configuration to achieve best ROI.
- Provide many creative ideas for marketing and content and update on the website
through Wordpress CMS.
- Keep up to date on online marking trends.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to report and present campaign evaluation
with market insight.
- Measure and report on performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of
tools.
Business
- Have a good knowledge of the objectives for the company its market position,
target audience and related market dynamics.
- Ensure all campaign activity is effectively executed and is responsive to
competitor activity, topics and trends.
- Keep up to date in the key strategic themes and priorities for the company at any
given time. Convert the themes and opportunities into related initiatives and
different activities.
- May be required to support the team with reports.
Results & Operational
- Demonstrate commercial benefits from activities, monitoring and measuring the
impact of all campaign / marketing activity delivered.
- Use the full range of marketing channels effectively and as appropriate.
- Use of data and systems including GA and Marketo to support marketing strategy.
- Prioritise personal and career development to become the driving force for
marketing initiatives.
- Seek regular feedback to identify improvements to learn and develop both
technical and personal skills.
- Contribute to internal communications across the business.
Essentials:

- BSc/BA - ideally in digital marketing or relevant field.
- Working knowledge of web CMS platforms.
- Numeracy skills with the ability to obtain insights from data.
- Need to be Self-motivated and able to work effectively with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write social
media posts that increase engagement and followers.
- Attention to detail and strong proof-reading skills required.
- Good working knowledge of IT (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Able to always work in a calm and professional manner when under pressure.
- A positive attitude towards learning and personal development.
Desirable:

- Working knowledge of WordPress.
- A good understanding of SEO and Search Engine Marketing.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Understanding of Salesforce and Marketo.
- Need to have an analytical mind.
- Previous experience in managing and planning events / exhibitions.
- Any experiencing in writing creative content would be advantageous.
