The Priory Hospital - Altrincham is part of the Priory Group, Europe’s leading provider of specialist treatment in mental health. The hospital has residential facilities for 56 patients as well as day care and outpatient services.

The Priory Hospital - Altrincham is currently looking for a full time waiter/waitress to join our catering team.

The role holder will be required to work some weekends in order to cover annual leave and/or sickness absence.

The main purpose of the above role is to assist with the operation of the catering service within the hospital with particular emphasis on the serving of food, as well as maintaining a high standard in the dining area including the clearing of food and plates and pot washing.

Key accountabilities include ensuring that all diners are served and welcomed in a courteous manner and that the dining area is maintained in line with Priory Operational Standards. The role holder will ensure that the dining area is kept clean and tidy, and that all tables are cleared and cleaned in a prompt and efficient manner. The role holder will be expected to advise diners on the daily menu, taking account of any food and drink, which may cause an allergic or adverse reaction.
