We are looking for a Computer and mobile phone repairer to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
Device Diagnosis: Examine and troubleshoot computer systems, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices to identify hardware and software issues.

Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, keyboards, motherboards, RAM, storage drives, etc.

Data Recovery: Assist customers in recovering lost or corrupted data from devices, if possible.

Firmware Upgrades: Update and upgrade device firmware to ensure optimal performance and security.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by offering support, answering questions, and explaining repair procedures to clients.

Estimation and Quoting: Assess the extent of damage and provide accurate repair cost estimates to customers.

Inventory Management: Maintain a record of spare parts and order necessary components when stocks are low.

Quality Control: Test repaired devices thoroughly to ensure they are functioning correctly before returning them to customers.

Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends, repair techniques, and advancements in computer and mobile devices.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols when handling sensitive electronic components.

Customer Records: Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.

Up-selling and Cross-selling: Suggest accessories or upgrades that may enhance the customer's device performance or experience.

Disposal and Recycling: Ensure proper disposal or recycling of damaged or unusable electronic components to protect the environment.

Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and advice to customers on device usage, maintenance, and optimization.

Online Presence: If you have your repair shop or work for a company, maintaining an online presence and engaging with customers through social media, websites, or forums may also be part of your responsibilities.
- **WHAT EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FROM YOU**:_
- Good communication skills
- 2/3 Years’ experience in a relevant Field
- Good IT skills
- Diploma/Relevant qualifcation
- Strong team player
- Prefer to have a current UK/International driving licence
- Qualifcations are preferred but training will be given

applicable.

**Salary**: £26,200.00 per year
