**Are you an experienced Fundraising professional who's ready for a fresh new challenge?** Look no further as we're now on the look out for a **Fundraising Lead **to join us

This is a part-time, permanent role (flexible 20 to 25 hours per week) and it can be based in any of our main offices (Glasgow, Aberdeen or Dundee) or as part of our hybrid working model. However, we will also need you to live within a reasonable commute of one of our main offices and have flexibility to travel across Scotland occasionally when required.

**The Role**

As our Fundraising Lead, you will lead and develop our Fundraising team to secure and grow voluntary (restricted and unrestricted) income in line with our strategic aims.

Working closely with our Fundraising team, Marketing & Communications Lead and Marketing & Communication team, you will ensure effective team working to deliver increased capabilities across a range of income streams including digital fundraising, community fundraising, individual giving, corporate partnerships, appeals and third-party events/challenges.

**What we will need you to bring: -**
- A working knowledge of a range of income streams, including individual giving, digital fundraising, community fundraising, corporate partnerships and Grants, Trusts & Foundations
- A commitment to delivering first class, effective stewardship
- The ability to adopt a creative approach that will inspire and motivate others, both internally and externally
- The ability to identify emerging fundraising opportunities, trends and stories that will generate additional fundraising income for Cornerstone
- Experience of recruiting, supporting and inspiring an effective network of fundraising ambassadors
- Demonstrable experience of delivering income against specified targets
- Knowledge of fundraising planning and budgeting procedures
- Experience of working with a Charity Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Proven experience of working in a senior fundraising role with line management responsibilities
- Up to date knowledge of current fundraising legislation, policies and procedures
