**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Caretaker required in Oldham for an immediate start. Our client is looking for a caretaker to join the team on a static site. This caretaker role will be on a contract basis initially until Easter however this could be extended. MUST have an enhanced DBS.

**HOURS**

Monday to Friday
8am - 4pm OR 1pm - 9pm

**Daily responsibilities will include**:

- Maintenance duties on site
- Key holder - opening and locking building
- Liaising with contractors on site

**Requirements for the role**
- Must have an enhanced DBS
- Maintenance experience
