- REG335723We are looking for an experienced marketing communications professional with strong leadership and management skills to head up a broad team delivering brand and corporate marketing, the marketing of our research and operational support for the wider External Relations Division comprising Communications and Advocacy, Digital and Marketing, Global Engagement, Policy and Public Engagement and Recruitment.

You will be responsible for scoping and delivering of a wide range of campaigns, engaging with key stakeholders to establish priorities, agreeing service levels and planning activities to align cross functional teams and deliver business outcomes. Adaptable and flexible you will lead a team of marketing communications professionals in an increasingly competitive, commercial and digital first environment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing communications campaigns that support university reputation and research advocacy
- Act as overall brand expert for the university leading the delivery of the brand strategy to include brand identity, narrative/messaging, and associated resources, communications, training, compliance and governance
- Lead a data driven approach, identifying relevant KPIs and metrics to monitor, test and adapt brand and campaign performance
- Support transition to an internal agency service model for research and corporate marketing including the design of principles, processes, workflows and the management of internal clients
- Direct line management of the Corporate and Research marketing team, coaching and leading the team to push boundaries and achieve sector-leading results
