Senior Waiters

Key Responsibilities**:
*Experienced Waiter:*
- Greet and seat guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure an enjoyable dining experience
- Knowledgeably present menu items, make recommendations, and take food and beverage orders
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and coordinated service
- Uphold the highest standards of customer engagement and satisfaction

*Wine Waiter:*
- Offer expert guidance and recommendations on wine selections to complement the dining experience
- Present and pour wine with precision, enhancing the overall enjoyment of our guests
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant's wine offerings and stay updated on new additions
- Contribute to a welcoming and hospitable ambiance through exceptional wine service

**Requirements**:
*Experienced Waiter:*
- Proven experience in a customer service-oriented role, with a focus on delivering outstanding service in a high-quality restaurant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Experience in up-selling and knowledge of food and beverage offerings is a plus

*Wine Waiter:*
- Demonstrated expertise in wine service and a deep understanding of different varietals and pairings
- Strong presentation and communication skills to confidently engage guests in discussing and selecting wines
- Certification or training in wine knowledge and service is preferred

Pay: £28,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
