Aspire Living began supporting people with a learning disability in Herefordshire in 1987. Since that time Aspire has grown and developed to support over 275 people and employing over 350 staff across Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.

**About the Personal Assistant role**:
You will provide day-to-day support to our MD, Senior Management and Operational teams and manage the cycle of Operational meetings, Board meetings and sub-committees including supporting the production of meeting papers and reports, taking minutes, and liaising with colleagues to review and follow up actions. Coordinating and supporting projects is also a key part of the role alongside data collection and reporting and you will be a key point of liaison with the Trust’s Central Support Services support teams.

**What do you need to become our Personal Assistant?**

As a talented PA and administrator, you’ll already have experience in a similar role, and of coordinating the activities of a busy senior management team and between a Board and its sub-committees. Experienced in managing demanding, wide ranging administrative duties, you’re skilled at communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and have a diplomatic approach. Resilient, flexible and results focused, you have excellent listening skills and be highly organized. Educated to A level standard, or able to demonstrate equivalent capacity at interview, you have excellent computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). You will need a full driving licence and be able to travel as needed with occasional wider travel.
