**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the production process from order receipt to dispatch, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with production teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and order raw materials as needed to prevent production delays.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate order processing and delivery schedules.
- Proactively identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production records and provide regular updates on order status.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure products meet their high standards.
- Communicate any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with logistics for timely shipment and delivery.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve production processes and reduce costs.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in a related field (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
