**Join Our Team as a Financial Support Advisor**

**Location: Chester**

**Salary: Up to £27,000 basic Plus bonus**

**Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, with Saturday Mornings on a rota (Worked from home)**

Are you passionate about helping customers navigate financial challenges? Our client, a thriving financial business in Chester, is seeking dedicated Customer Financial Support Advisors to join their dynamic team

As a Customer Financial Support Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in assisting customers who are facing difficulties meeting their Hire Purchase agreement payments. Here's what you'll be doing:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers who have missed payment deadlines, providing support and understanding to help them bring their agreements up to date.
- Thoroughly assess each customer's situation and history, ensuring all communication and arrangements are clear and fair.
- Regularly review repayment plans to accommodate customers' changing circumstances.
- Identify and assist vulnerable customers, offering guidance and signposting to relevant support services.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards, adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and objectives.

**Skills Required**:

- Previous experience in debt management or collections is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate effectively with vulnerable individuals, providing empathetic support.
- Professional and empathetic approach to customer interactions.

**Company Benefits**:
