Part time, Maternity Cover

**Salary**: £24,00 to £26,000 per annum

Working: 30 hours per week over 4 days

Location: Winnersh, Berkshire Office (RG41)

Start: July/Aug 2024

As a Staff Booker at REL Field Marketing, you'll be an integral part of our team, collaborating closely with regional staffing managers, account managers, and account executives to execute impactful field marketing campaigns.

Your mission? Ensuring we have the perfect personnel ready to make our big brand activations a resounding success.

This role thrives on speed and demands a genuine passion for both people and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing new recruits with a top-notch onboarding experience
- Monitoring and tracking the success of new recruits in their roles
- Providing unwavering support to our core team
- Ensuring all positions are filled before the campaign goes live

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership skills
- Approachable demeanour, as you'll be the primary contact for our merchandising team
- Results-oriented with a focus on problem-solving
- Highly organized
