- We are currently seeking a Transport Planner in our 1st Mix Division, based at our office in Walsall, West Midlands.The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Taking telephone orders
- Liaising with customers
- Organising deliveries
- Working as part of a team

You will possess excellent communication skills and be confident and polite in dealing with a variety of customers with different requirements. You will also have an eye for detail and precision to meet the administrative requirements of the role, and the ability to think outside the box to solve customer requests and business requirements. A good familiarity of the local geography is required, and previous experience of working in a similar role is desirable.The role will involve working 7am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday, plus some Saturdays as required.The Group places the highest importance on sustained standards of excellence in all aspects of Health, Safety and Environmental management and you will be expected to contribute to the Company’s zero harm culture.A competitive remuneration package will be offered including pension and life assurance.**Salary**
