**THE ROLE**

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-sufficient, customer centric individual to join our front of house team.

The role of the Front of House Ambassador is to be the first point of contact for anyone attending our client office. The ambassadors will maintain a very professional and friendly touchpoint and will always strive to deliver beyond expectations. The role will involve the implementation to day-to-day front of house activities and procedures and provide a warm and engaging welcome to all employees, guests and members of the public whilst showcasing and representing our client brand.

**MAIN ASSIGNMENTS**

**Best Practice**
- Assist with general visitor enquiries, booking in, site amenities and contacting hosts
- Provide health and safety information and procedures to any visitors
- Booking of meeting rooms and hospitality space as required by employees
- Ensuring all deliveries are directed to the correct goods in goods out location
- Be aware of local travel information
- Managed and store visitor belongings safely and securely
- To maintain an organised and tidy work area - this is to include the front desk, seating area, meeting rooms and the client suite kitchen.
- To anticipate client needs, follow up with requests and ensure the client expectations are not only met but exceeded
- To ensure that visitor and client arrivals are communicated to the relevant people promptly and that the visitor is either met or escorted to the relevant room in a timely fashion.
- To liaise and communicate with other team members and other service departments in a clear and timely manner to ensure service delivery and team work.
- To replenish meeting rooms, as required, with pads, pens and pencils
- To ensure that all required hospitality is served promptly and to the highest standards

**Health & Safety**
- To always work in a safe manner and report any hazards to the Front of House Manager immediately.
- To follow all Health and Safety instructions
- To attend all statutory Health and Safety training
- To attend any training deemed appropriate by the Guest Experience Manager

**COMPETENCIES**
- Have experience working in a world class hospitality business
- Have a passion for service and the ability to innovate, ideally with a proven track record within 5 star luxury background
- Have the ability to manage in a diverse and luxury environment with a focus on guest experience
- Have strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
- Be a self-motivator and someone who is ready to challenge in the interest of continuous improvement
- Have an outgoing and assertive personality
- Excellent level of English
- Be friendly, approachable and professional

**Salary**: From £29,000.00 per year
