We're thrilled to announce that we're currently looking for people to join our control room team

We are looking for backshift and nightshift controllers, based in our office in Falkirk.
- Answer inbound calls from customers,
- Manage transport bookings and enquiries, and enter them correctly into the computer system.
- Ensure that all logistics are managed efficiently and professionally.
- Dispatch work and respond to driver enquiries.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

**Schedule**:

- Back shift
- Night shift
- Weekends
- Experience working in a customer service role.
- Friendly, with an excellent telephone manner.
- Confident using a PC and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure, in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Punctuality and dependability.
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns.
