Role: ERP Senior Project Manager

Duration: 6 months

Location: Southampton hybrid 2 days on site.

**Detailed services to be provided (specifically, the deliverables and, if appropriate, specification)**:
The business are on the journey replacing a legacy SAP ERP estate with a market-leading solution called Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply chain management. This project encompasses changes to our existing Customer Engagement (CE) platform, as wellas Digital Fulfilment, MI and Reporting, and all integration work through our Microsoft Azure (iPaaS) integration layer.

**Deliverables**:

- Key escalation point for programme, reporting into executive steering committee for timely resolution of issues
- Management of third party solution implementation partner
- Complex contract management of both the current contract and new transition to BAU support contracts
- Performance, workload and administrative management of 8+ expert contractors and work package workers
- Dealing with resource management and prioritisations
- Management of change across business to ensure limitation of impact of delivery at same time as other key business change activities
- Management and delivery of Programme board, third party steering group board, and OS exec steering group
- Management of programme finances
- Communicate the benefits of the programme and ensure effective change management practices are applied successfully
- Act as the key point of contact for the project across the organisation and with third parties
- Oversee and ensure smooth cutover of systems alongside Cutover Manager (already in post)

**Experience required**:

- Experience delivering a large number of complex projects and programmes
- Proven experience of leading an ERP implementation through to go live and transition to BAU
- Proven experience in managing 3rd party providers
- Highly experienced in managing software development projects using Agile methodologies
- Effectively managing key stakeholders
- Excellent planning and budgeting skills
- Managing complex technical deliveries and influencing outcomes
- Practitioner level qualification in Project Management (eg: Prince2, APM PMQ)
- Change management qualification (eg: Prosci) desirable

**Technologies required (if applicable)**:

- Experience with Microsoft FinOps desirable
- Knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project) and techniques
