**Ecommerce Executive**

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our e-commerce strategy, leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions to enhance our digital presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise our online platform, boost sales, and a seamless customer journey from discovery to purchase.

**Day to day responsibilities will include;**
- Responsible for maintaining & managing our e-commerce platform.
- Creating product listings & descriptions.
- Sole responsibility for the online merchandise of the website, utilising data provided from the product & buying teams.
- Updating content via CMS.
- Setting up pricing rules for before and after seasonal promotions.
- Monitor and report on website performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve website performance and conversion rate to improve sales performance.
- Support the Digital team in maintaining high standards of customer data hygiene.
- Provide ad-hoc, administrative support to the Digital team.
- Lead the A/B testing of on-site performance strategies.
- Weekly & monthly reporting for trade analysis across e-Commerce KPI’s.

**Desired skills and experience for this role;**
- **Previous experience of Shopify is a must for this role.**
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication & organisational skills.
- Creative mindset with attention for detail.
- Confident extracting, uploading & amending CSV data.
- Previous experience in Shopify eCommerce.
- Passionate and collaborative, hands on team player.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in Digital, eCommerce and Marketing.
- Luxury, Fashion experience and interest would be advantageous.
- Minimum 2 year’s experience working in an Ecommerce Executive or Trading role and willing to push your personal professional development to the next level.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
