Are you an Operations Manager with a background in Engineering or Manufacturing, looking to join a global leading company providing continued training into Directorship?

On offer is the chance to play a vital role in the company's growth and operations where you will have autonomy to make changes. You will be rewarded for your efforts through a general bonus scheme and other benefits.

The company have been established for over 25 years manufacturing a bespoke and innovative product. This product can be supplied to various markets ranging from government, aerospace, commercial and laboratories and is growing at an exponential rate.

You will be responsible for overseeing the full operations at their modern and fully equipped facility. This will involve direct communication with the production, engineering and warehousing teams.

This role would suit an Operations Manager with experience in Engineering or Manufacturing looking to join a pioneering business offering endless routes of progression.

**The Role**:

- Overseeing the Production, Engineering and Dispatch teams.
- Electronic Manufacturer.
- Monday - Friday days role within office / workshop (37 hours)

**The Person**:

- Operations Manager.
- Manufacturing or Engineering background.
- Open to US travel when necessary.
