**About the Role**: As a Train Presentation Supervisor, you'll be at the helm, leading and mentoring a dedicated team of Train Cleaners. Your mission: to uphold impeccable cleanliness standards within the industry. Your tasks will include:

- Supervise and lead the Train presentation teams at Sheffield and Doncaster Stations and Holbeck Depot. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure a consistent and efficient working environment.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities among the team, ensuring each member understands their role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the trains.
- Ensuring staff members meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation by conducting regular inspections of trains. Ensure compliance with established cleanliness protocols and safety standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
- Oversee the stock of cleaning supplies and equipment. Ensure that the team has the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively. Manage resources and budgets for the 3 teams.
- Address and resolve any issues related to train cleanliness or presentation promptly. Investigate and respond to passenger feedback or complaints regarding the condition of trains.
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

**Requirements**: You're punctual, dependable, and available to work day and night shifts, on a roster pattern that includes weekdays and weekends. Overtime opportunities may be available.

**Rate of Pay**:

- Every hour worked**: £16.80 p/h.**
