**The role**
Proservartner is a fast-growing professional services firm and seeks an experienced, motivated Client Relationship Leader to support our growth strategy.
You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we’d like to meet you. You will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers, but ultimately your goal will be to grow client accounts.
**The person**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department’s initiatives, ensuring smooth operation of marketing projects and activities. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, marketing knowledge, and a keen eye for detail.
Administrative Support
- Manage the marketing team’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence and communications for the marketing department.
- Maintain and organize marketing files, documents, and databases.
Project Coordination
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Track and report on the progress of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Content Management
- Support the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing content, including newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms with current marketing content.
Data Management and Analysis
- Collect and analyse data from marketing campaigns, generating reports to measure performance and ROI.
- Manage the marketing database, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
Budget Management
- Assist in monitoring and managing the marketing budget.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and prepare financial reports for the marketing department.
Customer and Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in developing customer surveys and analysing feedback to inform marketing strategies.
**Key Competencies **
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.

Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
