**Job Title**:Production Coordinator

You will work across multiple projects that are currently being delivered by our Systems Implementation Consultants.

As part of the implementation department, you will be working as a key part of the project delivery.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate and oversee the production process from start to finish - Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
- Carry out project on-boarding, such as presentations and meetings.
- Ensuring that project documentation is completed such as contract sign-off and project milestone approvals.
- Ensuring correct time management for team members, and timesheets for client billing at accurate and within budgets.

You will be customer facing, attending most meetings (remote), and ensuring that correct project management practices are adhered to and our project management tools are kept up to date.

You will report on project progress to clients, as well as internally to ensure that project milestones are being met, and that risks are effectively communicated.

Reporting directly to the Implementation manager, you will oversee projects in the UK and Ireland, with a potential for this to extend to some projects in Spain or the USA (expanding markets).

There may be occasional site visits for training, as well as project familiarization (All travel expenses and time paid by the business)

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a software development/delivery business - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience within the food sector would be an advantage

Experience with other cloud based Project Management tools (Monday, Asana, SmartSheets, ClickUp etc)

**Working Hours**:
Flexible working hours, with working from home, hybrid working, or working from our Sheffield offices an option.

Part-time, suited to someone wanting to work 20-30 hours, or ‘school hours’ an option.

**Pay**:
£25,000 - £29,000 pro rata

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
