**SME Account Handler**

**Location: Ipswich**

**Salary: £25,000 - £32,000**

**The Company**:
We are working with a highly established independent insurance broker who make it a priority to understand every detail when it comes to their clients Insurance. They deal with a variety of clients across a broad range of businesses.

They are a Lloyds broker and provide their clients with the widest access to the market and due to growth they are now looking to add a Commercial Account Handler to their team.

This is a firm who offer a close-knit, supportive working environment and support personal and professional development.

**The Role**:
You will be proactive in your workload, liaising with clients, recording insurance information and dealing with queries at New business, MTA and renewal stages, there will be a focus on providing exceptional service to clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join a firm and hit the ground running, and in return you will join a relaxed working environment in which you can develop.

**The Required Skills**:
Previous experience working with SME clients in a broking role is essential.

Proven record of dealing with a range of Commercial Classes.

Strong IT, Communication and inter-personal skills.

A driven, proactive work ethic with a desire to develop is essential.
