**You will be responsible for, but not limited to**:

- Maintain the label change process, keeping the database up to date, maintaining the label change logs and providing label samples.
- Inputting Master data into database and checkweigher systems.
- Support spec team to maintain signed and agreed Raw Material Specifications, butchery specifications, processing specifications and QAS for all products produced at site and ensure these are regularly reviewed and updated where necessary.
- Maintain the specifications files with the most current, up to date specifications.
- Working closely with the Specifications Coordinator ensuring appropriate sign-off is obtained from them and the Site Operations Team for any changes to labels and specifications.
- Supporting artwork/label sign-off as required to meet deadlines.
- Attending and contributing to technical meetings.
- Attending customer meetings, as required, ensuring all information is accessible and professionally presented.
- Delivering specifications and other paperwork to the factory floor in a timely manner.
- Collecting samples for specification and QAS production.
- Maintaining Technical logs as and when required.

**What's required?**
- Strong IT skills including use of Microsoft Office Tools i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ideally, experience of working in the chilled food sector.
- Good communication skills with the capability to communicate confidently internally & externally.
- Good team working skills with ability to work independently.
- Displays strong attention to detail and ability to report accurately.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and a ‘Right First Time’ attitude.
- Good people skills, ability to listen and accept and learn from constructive criticism.
- Good presentation skills and an ability to present information confidently and professionally.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and ethical awareness.
