**Bar Supervisor**

Founded in 1865 and set on the edge of Epping Forest, the Woodford Wells Club is a hidden gem. It offers the opportunity to play six sports and provides modern facilities and a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.

The Club has a strong sense of community, a friendly factor that contributes to its success and that vital family aspect which encourages all ages to play sport. It is an attractive Club largely run by members for members with highly competitive membership rates.

“The Wells” welcomes everyone who wants to play sport, watch sport or simply just talk about sport.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving drinks, and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down counters, cleaning glasses, and organizing supplies.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Handle card transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change.
- Collaborate with other bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Assist in restocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in bartending or working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and provide efficient service during busy periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be at least 18 years old (or legal drinking age) to serve alcohol.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
