We are supporting an excellent Headteacher (also a National Leader for Education) hire for a number of SEND schools located in Buckinghamshire. If you are an enthusiastic, dynamic, empathetic and warm hearted teaching assistant / behavioural support role you could be working with very small. classes. Pupils are experienced behavioural, complex needs and often from very challenging backgrounds.

You will be based in Aylesbury - Buckinghamshire. Primary or secondary TA's are very welcome to apply. The school are looking for TA's who can take a trauma approached and nurturing attitude. You will need resilience but well backed by very experienced teachers.

The school is ‘outstanding’ alternative educational provision and support for secondary age students. Here is a snippet from the latest Ofsted report.
- The whole staff team combines warmth and humanity with the highest expectations of pupils’ learning and behaviour. Adults show pupils that they can be successful. Little by little, and with great care, staff gain pupils’ trust. This plays a significant part in pupils’ progress.

A behaviour support role worker will be within driving distance to the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Within 1.5 hours via train to London from Aylesbury. A great base for a Teaching Assistant. This is an on going supply based Behavioural Support role.

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
