**Your Role Responsibilities**:

- Guardian of the Service Core Process and Group Aftersales Experience as per the training provided
- Follow the detailed customer journey process
- Using the O.E.M. AND Group systems provided ensure all records are updated efficiently
- Take the responsibility of fostering a great can-do attitude when working with the wider workshop team
- Lead and champion the importance of quality and a first time fix workshop culture
- Deliver the best customer experience every time

IMI-accredited leadership development programmes, internal training, and manufacturer learning are all encouraged and required by this employer

**Requirements**:

- Previous motor industry experience in customer service
- The full set of communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience in customer-facing situations
- A continuous learning attitude and habit
- Belief in yourself as a person
- Full UK License (with no more than 6 endorsement points)
