**Multiskilled M&E Engineer**

We are currently working with a leading FM service provider who are recruiting for Multiskilled Engineers for a prestigious contract. Our client has seen substantial growth and is looking for dynamic engineers who have a desire to progress and deliver highstandards across the contract.

**You Responsibilities will involve**
- You will be covering multiple sites looking after Reactive Maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance aiming to complete within contractual SLA timescales
- Manage a schedule of work and ensure all associated administrator duties are completed and submitted in a timely manner
- You will be ensuring the Health and Safety is adhered to across all your sites
- Report any issues to site Manager and work closely with the client on each site to ensure escalations are reported
- You will Fault find and conduct regular tests on systems like fire alarms etc
- Attend team briefs, Toolbox talks and technical bulletins on a monthly basis
- Previous experience working for a FM service provider and ideally a background within building maintenance
- Qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical assets within a commercial environment
- Accredited first aid Qualification
- Membership of a Professional body
