Mears provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm’s Length Management Organisations and Housing Associations.

**About the Role:
As a Plasterer you will be working alongside Maryport Council in our Social housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.

A Plasterer within our Maryport branch you will support residents with reactive repairs across our portfolio of properties working on a planned route Undertaking high standard Plastering repairs and refurbishment activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.

**Role Criteria:
- A trade qualification in Plastering
- Hold a Full UK Driving License
- Be a great team player as well an ability to work on your own initiative.
- Excellent communication and Customer service skills

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
