**Key Responsibilities**:
As the Senior Recruitment Lead, you will:

- **Build and Lead**: Establish and lead a high-performing recruitment team dedicated to the Construction market.
- **Market Expansion**: Drive the growth of our division, establishing EWI Recruitment as the go-to talent acquisition partner for heavy civil infrastructure
- **Client Relationships**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry leaders
- **Strategic Vision**: Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan tailored to the unique needs of the market.
- **Team Development**: Mentor and guide your team members, fostering their professional growth and success.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in senior-level recruitment, preferably within the Construction sector on projects such as HS2, Crossrail, Tideway.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth.
- Ambitious and passionate about making a difference in the world.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
