You will be ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched to meet Company standards, customer requirements and deadlines. Full training will be provided.
A summary of the main duties and responsibilities:
- Carrying out all given tasks accurately and efficiently to meet company standards within pick/pack/despatch/Goods In/Putaway
- Undertaking and completing any training required in line with operational requirements
- Working as part of an operational team ensuring service levels & objectives are met
- Adhering to all Company procedures and policies
- Informing Shift Supervisor/Shift Manager of any defects relating to Health and Safety on either equipment or with processes
- Enuring all stock is stored in line with the WMS at all times
- Stock Control
- General housekeeping within the warehouse, ensure all work areas are clean, safe and tidy
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- An understanding of basic Health and Safety within the warehouse environment
- Basic PC skills
- Previous experience of a WMS in particular MLS
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- written and verbal
- Physically fit; all tasks require a degree of walking, standing, lifting or stretching. Some heavy lifting may be involved
- Basic numeracy and literacy

- Able to work as part of a team
