T2M Resourcing have been appointed to recruit a **Finance Global Process Owner R2R** for a global manufacturing group that generates c£4b revenue with operations in Europe, The Americas and Asia. The Finance Global Process Owner R2R is a newly created permanent position presenting a unique opportunity to make a significant impact as the group set out on a global transformation program to drive performance improvement, efficiency and consistency within finance shared services utilising and upgrading SAP.

Reporting to the Finance Director (transformation and shared services) and based in the UK you will play a key role in shaping the future of finance shared services for R2R including the phased transition to SAP Hana.

**What will you be doing as Finance Global Process Owner R2R?**

As ‘Global Process Owner’ for (Record to Report) R2R you will play a major part in the design and implementation of a future finance shared services operating model. Your wide ranging remit will include being the accountable owner for the Record to Report including overall structure, system selection / configuration, process standardisation and optimization, to provide clear insightful management information and profitability analysis. As Global Process Owner R2R you will be a member of a diverse, global finance team where teamwork and knowledge sharing are key to the company’s success.

**As Global Process Owner R2R, key responsibilities will include**:

- Provide thought leadership for, and drive the creation of, a Record to Report blueprint for the Global S4 HANA / SAP Central Finance implementation, which will provide the required granularity of management reporting to aid improved profitability analysis at a customer, region and product level.
- Create an ambitious roadmap of what the future of Record to Report could look like, considering all aspects from Trial Balance to Consolidated Accounts and work with the transformation team and broader finance community to deliver it.
- Be the accountable owner for the RTR processes, driving global process standardisation and optimisation, while leveraging the Shared Services organisation.
- Act as a senior member of the Finance Transformation team who will develop the “Future Finance” Roadmap for the business.
- Review the core RTR systems and methodologies used, leading initiatives to improve their utilisation and developing business cases to implement best practice reporting solutions and overall process automation.
- Own RTR governance, ensuring compliance in accordance to control framework and policies set.
- Work with the other Global Process Owners to define how GPOs will operate within and develop a clear strategy and message to share across the broader finance community.
- Provide process and system knowledge support to broader finance community.
- Collaborate with Finance Leadership Team in a proactive and pragmatic manner, to develop single ways of working and enhance process effectiveness.

**To be successful as Global Process Owner R2R, you will have the following skills, experience and attributes**:

- Prior experience working as an R2R Global Process Owner within a large multi-national business
- Excellent SAP ECC6 / SAP S4 HANA experience essential (SAP Central Finance advantageous)
- BSc /BA degree in Finance or an accounting qualification essential
- Experience of supporting ERP implementations or large-scale change programmes essential (SAP ECC6 & S4 HANA preferred)
- Strong influencing skills across a broad spectrum of levels within an organization.
- Experience of multiple management reporting and consolidation solutions would be advantageous.
- Ability to work flexibly & independently with mínimal supervision. Work location is currently a mix between home and office based.
- Comfortable in preparing and delivering presentations to a broad audience.
- Ability to work in a diligent and proactive manner, while showing enthusiasm and initiative
- Excellent analytical and computer skills, including Microsoft Office, for use in both financial/non-financial areas
