**Handy Person - Temporary Contract**
Hours of Work - Monday - Friday Days/Occasional Weekend Work.
We are a leading producer of printed point of sale material. With an enviable blue-chip client base made up of high-profile retailers and brands. Our aim is to provide a complete service to the client, not available from any competitors.
We now have an excellent opportunity for a dependable, motivated, and industrious individual to join our team. Based at Kolorcraft Head Office in Ossett, you will work within the Site-Services team taking responsibility for general maintenance and repairs across all Kolorcraft sites.
**Key Tasks**:
Reporting directly to the Site-Services Manager you will:
- Perform routine planned maintenance tasks as directed by Site Services Manager, across all sites to include repairs, building, painting, small plumbing works, joinery works, rectifying hazard areas as appropriate, erecting signage, assisting with office moves and any other general handyperson duties.
- Be responsible for the care and proper use of building maintenance equipment and tools.
- Ensure that spares and materials are used in a cost-effective manner.
- Undertake all duties in a safe, tidy, and responsible manner in accordance with H&S requirements.
- Perform other duties as may be requested from time to time by site management.
- Always provide high standard of workmanship.

- Adhere to all Health & Safety rules.
- Work in a safe manner always
- Participate in safe culture practices and play active part in promoting good safety practices.
**Person Specification**:
- Be Semi-skilled (advantageous)
- Have experienced in building work (advantageous)
- Have previous Forklift Truck experience (advantageous)
- Have a general awareness of Health & Safety regulations.
- Have knowledge of associated building maintenance equipment and tools (advantageous) Able to undertake training and development where required.
- Undertaken relevant Health & Safety training.
- Must be able to work under own initiative and keen to develop.
- Valid full driving licence - Advantage
- Flexible approach to working hours.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
**Salary**: £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37 - 40 per week
