**Location**:Birmingham

**Team/Specialism**: Senior Practitioner - Hospital Discharge Team

**Pay Rate**: £30 per hour (assignment rate)

**Contract**: Locum, 3-Months

**Hours**: Full-time

**Main Duties**:

- Oversight and management of a staff cluster
- Attending meetings with partners
- Providing supervision and daily guidance to staff
- Supporting Team Manager
- Maintaining the data quality for the team

**Requirements of the Social Worker**:

- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience in Adults Services within the UK
