Car Park Attendant

We’re looking for 2 new members of staff to join our team at our new site at Battersea Power Station You will be working 4 shifts on and then 4 shifts off. Sounds great, doesn’t it? This will give you plenty of time to enjoy a great work/life balance.

The duties of this role will mainly include providing a high quality of customer service, patrolling the car parks, cleaning the car parks including litter picking, deck cleaning, cobwebbing and general housekeeping, operating car parking equipment when needed and monitoring activity around the site.

**Main duties include**:

- Providing excellent customer service to our customers
- Cleaning the car parks including undertaking litter picks and cobwebbing as well as using machinery to ensure the surfaces are kept to our high standards
- Walking around each of the car parks carrying out regular patrols to ensure the safety of our customers
- Working hard to ensure our car parks are clean and safe in order to reach required health and safety standards
- Completing all paperwork and computer based tasks accurately and on time when required
- Ensuring all car park and office equipment is working and repairing faulty equipment when needed
- Liaising with contractors and tenants, providing high quality customer service.
- Undertake any other tasks as appropriate to meet Company requirements

**Skills & experience required**
- Previous experience of working in a customer service role is essential.
- Have a flexible can-do attitude to work
- Proven ability to work in a team and as an individual
- Ability to work proactively and using your own initiaitve
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable.
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points is desirable.
- SIA licence is desirable.
