**Job Summary**:
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for the daily allocation of insurance premium receipts and managing all payments across a number of currencies. They will also be responsible for managing the cashbooks and reconciling these to the bank and to our policy admin system

**Core Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Accurately record all day transactions into the Expacare Limited accounting system
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Process expense reports and receipts in a timely manner
- Assist with month end reports
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor as needed.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 GCSEs including maths and english
- 2-5 years of previous experience in bookkeeping/accounting (possibly AAT qualified or part qualified)
- experience of insurance accounting preferred but not essential

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £15,000.00 per year
