We have an exciting opportunity for Warehouse Operative to join our wonderful team at our Arbroath site.
This role is responsible for providing support to Operations through movement of materials, material transportation, accurate transactions and timely supply of materials to the production halls. The role will also involve maintaining all storage areas in a tidy and organised manner ensuring that all materials are identified and correctly located.

**Key responsibilities**:
Loading and off-loading vehicles and reporting any damage to materials at the time
Checking and verifying paperwork on receipt of materials.
Scan stock using IR identification labels and carrying out a stock counts.
Receipting goods in and printing labels with correct locations.
Generating material requests.
Raising transfer notes for Finished Goods.
Updating internal system for any movement on site.
Creating shipping documents on internal system and using delivery schedule to view deliveries for customers.
Booking Courier deliveries.
Managing the segregation and handling of waste to ensure material is recycled.
Carry out the required safety checks on FLT’s and immediately report any concerns
Report any accidents or damage immediately
Ensure that all visitors and employees are always compliant with H&S requirements within the warehouse areas - including the wearing of PPE.

**What you need to succeed**:
Current fork truck drivers’ licence.
Experience working in a manufacturing / production environment
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced & high-volume manufacturing environment
Ability to react quickly and adapt to change on a daily basis
Passionate about results and fundamental belief in Health & Safety
Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
Ability to use own initiative, work within a team as well as work on your own.
Good level of computer literacy
Ability to prioritise workload and be self motivated
