**Job Title : Multi Plumber**

**Location : Fitzrovia**

**Salary**: £31,291 to 34,768 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday

**Day to Day**:

- Leaks
- External and internal blockages
- Tap change
- WC Cistern change
- WC Pan change
- Bath Change
- Minor jobs from other trades

**Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)**:

- experience in residential properties
- good social skills
- good customer service
- asbestos awareness certificate
- DBS check
- DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED
