Our client provides cost effective?education technology?for schools and academies. From complex school ICT network installations to the simple supply of hardware, they?offer outstanding advice, robust products & trusted school IT technical support. They havecontracts with schools in and around the Bristol, Gloucestershire & Wiltshire area.
They are currently recruiting a qualified IT Engineer to work in schools to support and manage their IT systems.?The roles are full time and, where required, a vehicle is provided.
**About the role**:
The engineers that they put into schools have a varied and interesting workplace as school networks are complex and often have a great variety of new and challenging hardware and software on them to keep your skills sharp and retain your interest.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing day-to-day provision of support of the schools’ ICT resources
- Supporting the schools’ core infrastructure, services and data within defined SLAs to ensure a continuity of service to all users including fault diagnosis, and resolution
- Prioritising workloads to maintain service levels within a structured service framework

**Your experiences and skills**:

- Running, installing and managing Microsoft Windows based IT networks
- Active Directory
- Group Policies
- DHCP management

**Salary and benefits**:

- £22,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
