**Business Development Manager Talent Solutions/Contingent Recruitment**

The roleARM and Optamor's Business Development team is looking for a Business Development Manager.
You will be a key part of the team, assisting with the identification and delivery of new business opportunities for the group. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, you will develop new and existing client relationships across specificsectors within the UK and Europe for both recruitment and/or talent solutions.
**Your duties**
- Networking/ Market Mapping to deliver qualified meetings.
- Identifying, pre-qualifying, contacting, and meeting prospective new clients to discuss future opportunities.
- Working with new clients to discuss best outcome approach for their business - whether it be contingent recruitment or bespoke talent solutions.
- Working with existing clients to further develop the recruitment delivery partnership.
- Manage end to end RPO and MSP tenders with the support of the Bids Manager, Head of BD & other business units.
- Collaborate with Head of Marketing, to create and host events to generate interest in contingent recruitment and talent solutions.
- Coordinate and follow-up on mail shots to potential new clients.
- Attend internal sales meetings at our head office in Portsmouth.
**To be successful you'll have**
? Previous recruitment/talent solutions and sales experience.
? An understanding of various recruitment models.
? Entrepreneurial spirit and flair to engage effectively at all levels internally and externally.
? Confident in calling potential new clients at all levels.
? A tenacious, determined and resilient approach to the creation of new sales opportunities.
? Organised, with excellent time management skills.
? A sound communicator and senior stakeholder manager.
? Must reside in the UK.
? Must hold a valid UK driving licence & possess own vehicle.
