As the first point of contact, you will not only organise their care but also inspire and guide them through their chiropractic journey. Activities range from organising clinic operations to supporting our chiropractic team, all while keeping focus, energy, and an eye for detail at the forefront.

- Patient Services: Enhance the patient flow and experience, ensuring the highest quality of interactions in-person and on the telephone, and efficiently managing feedback.
- Clinic Organisation & Diary Management: Masterfully manage your time to ensure clinic operations run smoothly, overseeing financials and diary commitments.
- Multi-Role Support: Be adaptable, providing support across various roles including phone shifts and participating in Willow events.

**Location**:
Primarily based in _Y_ate with occasional travel to our other clinics for training, cover, and events.
