**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic financial guidance to the senior leadership team to facilitate decision making and strategic planning.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure that the company's financial resources are optimally utilized.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, accounting principles, and reporting requirements.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, bankers, and tax authorities.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.
- Review financial reports and provide analysis and insight to drive performance improvements.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to the business.

**Requirements**:

- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or CA.
- Previous experience in a senior management role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

**Salary**: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
