We are seeking a project QS for an expanding specialist main contractor based on site ASAP, the project is design and build on NEC form of contract on the Hinkley point site in manager packages on the M+E side second to the main contractor on M+E works on site.

The project needs an assistant or Project QS to work with the existing team to work on the full commercial cycle of work to assist on sending out enquiries and collating information on the live and final accounts of sub-contractors and deal with the day to day surveying on the project throughout.

This fast-paced project needs the procurement managed and on-going opportunities exist for a QS looking to prove their ability to work on a project without the endless process of some contractors.

Reporting to the commercial lead for the project and with the full support of the growing team to ensure success on site you will have a number of packages to procure including Ground works structures and services and the opportunity to go on and run them and procure and final account various others as the scheme progresses.

**Requirements including certificates and Qualifications**:
Preferable is a professional quantity surveying qualification HNC/ ONC/ BSC and with at least 4 years live site experience.
